? BJ? Santiago, president and CEO. BJ has over 20 years experience in leadership positions at the executive level, with emphasis on distribution, operations and mergers and activities in public and private sectors. During his tenure in Lexmark was founded in 2008 by CEO BJ handpicked by Lexmark to initiate and conduct all operations of the newly formed sales Content Management Practices for North America, which has been using the platform Intellinetics. Jim has over 15 years of executive sales and marketing experience in the provision of electronic content management (ECM), workflow and data collection solutions for the healthcare, government and insurance companies. Jim was a Senior Account Executive Image, Inc., where he was responsible for development and distribution of ECM solutions to the markets of healthcare, government, industry and insurance companies. Jim was personally responsible for innovation and led the development of a marketing plan for the healthcare vertical market software image to be recognized in 2008 as No. 1 of more than 200 integrators OnBase ECM software vendor in the United States.
Robert Simmons, director of business development. Robert? S expertise in printing and imaging industry for 15 years. He most recently served as Director of Architecture, Enterprise Solution from Samsung Electronics. Robert was responsible for the creation of programs and services that meet the needs of vertical markets to analyze and document output solutions, which have resulted in millions of dollars in savings and efficiency improvements. He has specialized in software development and solutions for the health of consumers, government agencies and educational institutions in North America. Robert has a Bachelor? S degree in psychology from Lee University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Randy Love, director of business development. In the last 10 years of his 25-year career in IT to support the efforts of Randy? S have focused on the ECM market. More recently, he worked 4 years as Vice President of Sales and Business Development of Ohio, a provider of ECM on a series of complex, multi-million dollar imaging solutions based on your team? S credit. He also spent 4 years as a Government Industry Manager at Hyland Software, where he was credited with assisting the partners in numerous high profile projects in the public sector, as well as direct efforts at greater integration agreement in the entire state of SAP. Prior to the ECM industry, Randy spent 5 years marketing software solutions for mobile data to criminal justice agencies and 10 years in the commercial sector with a company of national systems integration. At the beginning of his career, Randy worked as a systems engineer and analyst that transcends the technical skills he brings is his current position. He is a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA +), AIIM ECM Practitioner and Diploma in Computer Science with a Bachelor of Science degree from Youngstown State University.
Bob Peterson, director of business development. Bob has over 20 years experience in senior management, with emphasis on channel sales, business development and marketing. Bob was most recently Director of Health of Seneca, a market leader with a broad range of products, engineering and software services. In Intellinetics, Bob will continue to work with Seneca to work together to develop together with several strategic partners. Bob had become a vice president of sales and marketing, Optio Software, a leading electronic document management and optimization of information in health markets using government and commercial.
